1. Scope
BizCol will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control (a “Force Majeure Event”).
2. Examples of Force Majeure Events
- Acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, or extreme weather.
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government action.
- Epidemics or pandemics and related restrictions.
- Failure of utilities, telecommunications, or internet infrastructure.
- Outages or failures of third-party hosting, network, or service providers.
- Cyber-attacks, including denial-of-service attacks, beyond reasonable preventative measures.
3. Effect
During a Force Majeure Event our obligations are suspended for the duration of the event. We will take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact and to resume normal service as soon as practicable.
4. Notice
Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of a Force Majeure Event affecting the service.
